This hotel charged me CAD$100 on Oct 2,2019(check-in, for deposit through visa) & promised me to return whole sum to my bank account. Until Oct 7,2019, I don’t receive any refund CAD$100 from hotel. I also sent e-mail to hotel General Manager about this case. But no reply from him. I hope hotel will help me making refund CAD$100 to my bank account as quickly as possible.

The bathroom ceiling leaked, The light over the mirror was falling down.
I also do not appreciate having to pay for parking when i am staying there 4 days.
I actually am a Best Western loyalty member.
Not impressed.
