「Nos dejaron plantados con la reserva. No atendió nunca el teléfono. No tiene ni un cartel de hotel o alojamiento. Estuvimos dando vueltas toda la noche para conseguir alojamiento. Un desastre 」

「This was a really unique property. It was clean, beautiful, and convenient. We felt like we were staying in a historic building. The included breakfast was coffee, fresh orange juice, toast, croissants, and spreads for the toast. The only con is that I wish the breakfast included protein. Eggs would have been nice. You can pay extra for it but it is not included. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again. 」

「The rooms were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the location in Palermo Soho was great. Many dining options nearby, etc. The most outstanding thing about the Glu, however, was the staff. The place was extremely clean and the front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful with restaurant or drink recommendations. 」

「In the middle of the resaurants and bars district, easy for food and drinks but a bit far from the subway. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.」

「The towels arrived stained and didn’t feel clean. There was a leak from the shower that caused a bad smell in the bathroom throughout our stay. The couch was also heavily stained and quite dirty. There is a lot of noise coming from the street, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, there was no flexibility at all regarding late check-out. Other than that, the apartment is relatively spacious and modern. 」
