「1. Location is very good. The hotel is located in the nearest mountain around Florense, very good mountian view in the morning. Very easy to access the city by bus in front of the hotel. 2. Hotel garden is exactly the same as the pictures shown on the website. Very relax and beautiful landscape. 3. Spacious room, very big. After our stay in Venice, this seems a different world. 4. 「The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.」

「Great location away from the crowds. Quiet. Elegant hotel with a friendly and pleasant staff.」

「WI-FI service was down for 2 days and the air conditioner is not cool enough」

「I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Florence. The place is very nice, clean and the staff is great! The sites are all within walking distance.」

「Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast area is good. Be prepared to go up 3 levels without escalator. Roof top offers a good view.」
