「Excellent 」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Nous sommes restés dans un duplex avec une grande terrasse vue sur les terrains de tennis, partiellement mer, un store banne pour le soleil et des transats. Appartement très bien équipé, propre, des lits confortables et le confort de la clim dans les 2 chambres du bas. La piscine chauffée à 28 degrés un grand luxe et vraiment sympa avec le coin pataugeoire pour les touts petits, les bouées jeux gonflables et protections tout petits mis à disposition. 「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「整潔，環境舒適優美。房間設有小廚房，附近很多食店可以選擇，鄰近亦有間超級市場。如果想甯靜，度假是一個不錯嘅選擇。 唯一房間沒有空調，有一把吊扇，會有點熱。但有露臺，可打開門。 職員友善，餐廳亦十分便宜」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
