Hotel muito aconchegante. Piscinas com possibilidade de entrar 24h por dia, salvo revezamento para limpeza. Funcionários educados e prestativos. Região do hotel muito boa, perto de grandes atacarejos. A única ressalva foi em relação a TV, não estava funcionando o aparelho para ligar os canais. De resto tudo ok.

Semana de férias com a família

O apartamento é amplo, bem localizado e as instalações ideais para quatro pessoas, podendo acomodar até seis pessoas, mas falta manutenção de pintura ou limpeza das paredes além de substituição dos colchões que são muito antigos e pouco confortáveis. A equipe do hotel é excelente, muito profissional, cordial e ágil no atendimento às solicitações.

Sempre retornamos a este hotel pois possui uma excelente estrutura. O apartamento foi o melhor que já alugamos, limpo, novinho, no geral amamos. Apenas sugiro que se possível seja colocado um filtro de água simples, um varal para roupa molhada, e que seja verificado os colchões do quarto e solteiro, achamos um pouco macio demais. Bom custo beneficio

Bem localizado, as piscinas são de bom tamanho e duas delas com cobertura, o que permite aproveitar mesmo com chuva ou picos de sol forte. O preço dos petiscos está dentro da média. Atendimento cortes e ágil. No quarto faltou blackout para ser perfeito. O café da manhã poderia melhorar, nem tudo parecia ser novinho, o ovo com bacon, o bacon deveria estar mais frito. Deveria ter um sentido para retirada dos alimentos na mesa, como não tinha os hospedes ficavam se esbarrando indo e voltando em torno da mesa.

Tive que comprar travesseiro cobertor lençol e toalhas, Pois nada disso foi disponibilizado pelo hotel. fui informado que toda responsabilidade seria da empresa de reserva do quarto. O pior de tudo é que na hora de reservar o quarto constava 5 camas de solteiro e como estava nos em dois adultos porém dormindo separado..

Gostei de nada porque durante o dia não pode levar caixa térmica com bebidas e nem ligar o som baixinho do jbl. Ai a noite pode fazer barulho, os outros hóspedes gritando e cantando na sacada ai de noite pode descer cerveja na caixa térmica.. cúmulo do absurdo..brinquedoteca funcionar ao ate 5 horas da tarde é muito ridículo as crianças ficam na piscina o dia inteiro quando querer brincar na brinquedoteca de tarde ta fechada.. Imperio Romano não me pega nunca majs!!! Tem muitos lugares melhores e mais top que esse que oferecem mais conforto menos barulho e mais comodidade

Apartamento bonito e espaçoso, mas quando cheguei o cheiro era ruim e faltava tapete nos banheiros. O clube é razoável, tem poucas piscinas e poucas quentes o suficiente.

Ao contrario do combinado nao tinha 5 camas, e sim 3 camas e um sofá. Nao houve a imformação sobre a entrada no park diroma ser cobrada, telefone estragado, televisao da sala com defeito recorrente nos 3 dias, tecnicos sem conseguirem sanar o defeito.

Grande Decepção - Nunca mais .

Infelizmente foi uma grande decepção a nossa estadia . Tínhamos reservado 4 diárias e saímos na manhã seguinte do hotel . Tivemos problema na chegada onde nos colocaram em um apto errado que posteriormente foi corrigido. Não pediram a documentação da minha filha que é de menor . Erro gravíssimo . Não conseguimos dormir à noite por causa do barulho externo e dos apto vizinhos . Lei do silêncio noturno parece que que não existe no local . Limpeza da piscina do bar molhado péssima . Os funcionário não recolhem constantemente os alimentos consumidos pelos hóspedes . No dia seguinte arrumamos asmalas e flmks para outro lugar . Dettalhe : Na recepção nem perguntaram o motivo da antecipação da nossa saída . Péssima gestão . Sugiro evitarem a Rede de hotéis DI Roma.
