Não espere qualidade.

A pousada é grande, o quarto que eu fiquei 206 estava com a porta avariada. Na parede do quarto uma enorme mancha de mofo. No banheiro havia uma sujeira que parecia metralha. O quarto só tinha a cama, uma cadeira e um frigobar. Outro ponto ruim é que alguns quartos ficam voltados para a rua, muito barulho de carros, ônibus, moto etc (é uma ladeira, muitos caminhões e ônibus fazem muito barulho pra subir)

Tranquila e aconchegante.

Estadia tranquila, ambiente aconchegante. Boas piscinas, bem diversificada. Senti falta apenas de um som nas últimas piscinas, poderiam deixar utilizar uma caixinha de som nas últimas piscinas que ficam atrás. No mais tudo inclusive atendimento muito bom..

Hotel bem antigo, ar condicionado antigo não tinha como selecionar a temperatura era só ligar ou desligar no interruptor da parede, sem shampoo e condicionador no banheiro, café da manhã bem fraco, só o básico mesmo. A área das piscinas é boa, nada extraordinário, mas a água é quentinha.

Bem, é um lugar antigo, precisa de reformas. Fomos bem recepcionados, a limpeza é boa, tanto do lugar quanto das toalhas e panos de cama. Apenas a cama que tinha um colchão desconfortável, eu e minha esposa não dormimos direito nos 2 dias na pousada. O café da manhã é ótimo. Porém, pelo valor não há muito o que exigir, o custo benéfico é bom, vale a pena experimentar e fazer sua própria avaliação.

Hospedagem e local muito tranquilos. Funcionários atenciosos. Limpeza do hotel muito boa. A conservação da área de lazer e manutenção das piscinas precisam melhorar. E o Ofurô precisa funcionar como Ofurô

Bom hotel, simples, porém barato. O mais barato de Caldas Novas. Frequentamos este hotel há 13 anos e só vamos lá. Café da manhã simples mas cumpre o que promete. 7 piscinas, sendo (1 super quente, 4 quentes e 2 mornas). Nós que prestamos pelo sossego e sem muvuca, é o local ideal, sem baderna e familiar.

Quase satisfatório.

Os funcionários não atendem de forma padrão aos clientes, exceto os do turno noturno, o bar tem horário de funcionamento insuficiente com apenas um ótimo atendente fazendo de tudo, as piscinas são agradáveis porém não há som ambiente em todas elas, portanto não há justificativa para a proibição de caixas de som em baixo volume e uso de coolers. O serviço de guarda vidas falta morder os clientes, pois não tem zelo algum ao tratar os clientes. Os quartos são com piso de ardósia e banheiro horrível, necessitam de reformas. Enfim, Nota 6,0. Ambiente tem tudo para melhorar, basta querer.
