「Wonderful staff and manager Hector. They were always friendly and ready to help in whatever way we needed. The only suggestion for the resort would be to increase the pathway lighting. At night , it is is really hard to see the way back to the cabins.」

「We loved the setting and the unique zen design of the hotel. It looked vintage and yet ultra Modern at the same time with large glass windows overlooking the gorgeous mountains surrounding the property. We also loved the terrace in the back with the large chairs looking onto the view. Some of the furniture especially in the lobby, the sofas needed upholstering and weren’t comfortable to sit on same in the dining room. Also the room needed more lighting especially in the bathroom. 「We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.」

「Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!」

「Minha estadia foi incrível. Sou brasileiro, e uma das coisas que mais me surpreendeu foi a qualidade da comida e o atendimento. Miqueas e seu irmão são pessoas extremamente atenciosas. O que mais me surpreendeu é que em relação a comida, tudo é fresco, tudo é muito saboroso, não deixa a desejar em nada.
