「I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. 」

「Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security. 」

「It’s a boutique hotel, small but with everything you need. The hotel also offer bikes for guests to enjoy the town. They also provide guests the showering service after your desert tour at the day you checked out. Breakfast is basic with good quality. Room is clean and well decorated. 」

「We had a very good stay. They are very accommodating and efficient. Location is good, close enough to the main st but far enough from the noises. Only thing is there’s no AC which might be typical for the region. They give you a fan which solves the issue. Overall, it’s very good . 」

Café da manhã espetacular! A senhora Juanita é uma simpatia! As panquecas de doce de leite maravilhosas! Um pouco longe da rua Caracoles, mas havia o transporte fornecido por eles a cada 2 horas. De forma geral a nossa estadia foi incrível! Para quem procura paz, contato com natureza e qualidade super recomendo. 」

「The staff was lovely and so helpful. The room was clean and it was in a nice spot with a courtyard to sit it. Breakfast was nice and on our last day they made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early. Secure place to part your car.」

「Great stay, clean spacious room, attentive staff and amazing location. Only downside is because of location being so close to bars and restaurants on the main road, it was loud at night. Nothing that some earplugs couldn’t fix (which they provided). 」
