「There was a problem with the room we rented so they upgraded us to a beautiful suite which we really enjoyed. My son was so excited. The only issue was we had trouble with our toilet wouldnt always flush. Access to skiing was amazing, the outdoor fire pit was a lovely touch. Food was good. Staff were all amazing and kind. 」

「The staff were super sweet and compassionate. You can tell they really care about every detail that will make their guest feel comfortable and at peace. The only downside for me was that the rooms didn’t have a microwave, toaster, or iron, which are things I usually need when I book a place. I'm pretty sure it's mentioned on their booking page, but I was in a rush and didn’t notice, so I was a bit disappointed I couldn’t heat up my food.
