"This property was incredible. Incredible cleanliness, location and the staff went above and beyond. My son has severe food allergies to sesame and nuts and they accommodated at every meal. Having the chef meet us and walk the buffet line and specially cooking anything when needed. The chef Luis R. Was incredible and made him special desserts! I have never encountered such an accommodating staff. We extended our stay instead of moving hotels around the island as we had planned."

"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"

"We had an incredible stay here! We loved the area, it was beachfront, and had great options for food nearby. Still close enough to drive anywhere you need, but honestly just spending days here relaxing at the beach was a dream. The rooms were great, and Albert was very accommodating and helpful giving us tips in restaurants and taxis."
