「Lovely, modern hotel perfect and ideal for kids yet it still felt peaceful in July. All the staff were helpful and friendly. There a few niggles such a no extractor fan in the kitchen and the lights not workijg initially however all and all a lovely trip. We will definitely book again! 」

「Amazing stay with a fun resort vibe! The rooms are huge—tons of space to relax and unwind. The hotel has a great resort-style feel, which made the whole experience even better. You can pay extra for a drinks package (I didn’t), but even without it, I had full access to all areas of the property. My favorite part was the live entertainment in the evenings—especially the karaoke nights, which were a blast!」

「I booked this hotel in Jan.,unluckily they are closed in low season. But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ). I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.」

Staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and during stay Perfect location - 2 mins from main beach and 5 mins from town centre with all restaurants/shops/bars, area felt safe Room was perfect - clean, private, tidy, modern and included everything that we needed Pool area also lovely Mostly couples and families with older children while we were there so nice relaxed atmosphere 」

「We returned from the Ariel Chico yesterday after a fantastic 10 days. The hotel is exceptionally well run with all staff being attentive, friendly and hardworking. Our room was large and well equipped, also very clean. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is obviously a lot of pride that goes into the appearance of the hotel. Food was varied and of a good standard, there was always enough, with staff constantly replenishing any empty areas. I have not travelled all inclusive previously,...
