「This is the second time I have stayed at Hyde and I loved it both times. It's a lovely hotel in an incredible location. Nearby is the beach, ferry, supermarkets, a pharmacy and some beautiful restaurants. The pool food and drinks are really lovely and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool situation is a bit annoying as there is one pool reserved for Mondrian guests only and one pool with a minimum spend. But the Bungalow pool is great and we were able to get a spot there...

「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

Die Handtücher, sowohl für den Pool als auch für das Zimmer, waren an 2 Tagen nicht verfügbar. Hier gab es scheinbar logistische Herausforderungen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Man muss wissen, dass im Poolbereich immer Musik gespielt wird, d.h. von 8.30 Uhr bis 23/24 Uhr. Möchte man früher schlafen und bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, so muss einem diese Geräuschkulisse...

「This hotel is convenient for clubbing activities in pacha and you can have free entrance as hotel guest. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night as the sound proof system is not good. You can hear all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap for this quality.」
