First of all, if the hotel is completely non-smoking, this information should be clearly highlighted on the website before booking. 「The hotel is nice yet a little tired in places. Some decor in our room was in need of attention. Peeling wallpaper on bathroom ceiling for example. The pool looked quite dirty and in need of a good clean out. Sorry tlles and some bits floating around. The biggest issue is not having use of a sunbed at the hotel without paying a huge fee. It counts towards food and drink spent that day, but this is just not how a hotel should be. We felt conned frankly. Why pay for a hotel with pool etc and then...

「This is a beautiful and perfect hotel. I came with my daughter and just loved everything about it. Plenty of sunloungers with amazing tunes playing whilst sunbathing. Lovely pool area. Breakfast had everything you could ask for and was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgeous- suite with sea view. Cannot fault it at all. It takes about 10-15 mins to walk into town but lovely easy walk and much nicer being slightly away from the strip. Don’t hesitate to book!」
