「It is a magnificent hotel. It is located in a very calm and family-friendly area. There are many small restaurants and bars nearby that you can easily walk to. It is beachfront and additionally has an incredible pool and gym area. The staff is very friendly and helpful… totally recommended.」

「The location was ok and the hotel was as expected. It was very very quiet being off season though. The town is a 15 minute walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road. We booked this hotel because we came for the marathon & needed access to a gym, but the gym was a small room and the equipment was really old and most didn’t work. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Suite room but the noise was really bad we could hear the room...

If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. Cooking facilities are limited to a couple of stoves and microwave with medium...

「The internal communal areas of the hotel itself are in a bit of a time warp: there is carved dark wood everywhere, cutesy figures and brown striped sofas that look from another age. This may be the reason that it draws a predominantly (or at least when I was there) older clientele. My goodness though everything is spotlessly clean, very spacious and the breakfast is exceptional. Outside by contrast the beautiful and expansive pool area, with upper level chill out lounge, seems very modern...

「Modern and stylish, the W is conveniently located in Santa Eulalia, a beautiful small town 10 minutes from Ibiza town. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. The pool has a bar and a sun tanning area, although a little narrow with limited sun beds. The gym is well equipped and has everything for a serious workout. Breakfast is nice as well, although it’s “à la carte”, no buffet. Overall the W is a very good choice for those who want to relax in style.」

「El personal en general amables. En el proceso de check in estuvimos mas de 1 hora esperando, cuando en muchos sitios es casi inmediato. A nosotros nos dieron un apto que no le daba el sol nunca. Si vais en verano, puede estar bien, pero en otra época puede ser una nevera. Tener en cuenta este aspecto.」
