「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

「Great apartment and property. The gym was nice, had everything I needed although the bathroom in there was closed for maintenance. Looked like they had a water leak. Rooftop pool was very cool, but they could use an upgrade on their loungers. Location was nice, saw some homeless people nearby, but overall the area is on the up and safe. The balcony of my apartment was fantastic and I loved the studio apartment I stayed in. It had a washer/dryer, wall to wall windows for great views. ...

「overall great place to stay my 3 time here they are still. pushing timeshare but maintenance fees high I just book 1 week through Expedia no timeshare same privileges at hotel awesome staff they work hard in 107 degree heat」

「I loved this place so much!! Perfect for solo travel, very thorough instructions & directions about building, amenities, etc. Updated modern ambiance/interior. Host was super attentive. Location was perfect as well, so many restaurants/coffee shops, trails, things to do around. Definitely booking here again next time I come to Scottsdale! 🙌」
