A great place for a family holiday with a cafe right below and the patrolled beach right across the road. Nice two bedroom apartment with a laundry for some washing too.

Right above a local restaurant, that fortunately closes early, the property could do with some facelifting, as although generously spacious it does show signs of being well lived. And could easily be cleaner specially in the kitchen part. Sleeping is fine, host is very communicative and helpful.

This property is situated above a restaurant not a cafe as shown on the promo photo which is not up to date either by accident or design. This restaurant has two exhaust fans, a newer one on the side of the building and a older one mounted on the rear of the building and this one is faulty. The noise reverberates throughout the building especially the property. The host knows about this but there was no mention beforehand and the noise is intolerable especially in the bedrooms. The fan is off at 20:45 but back on at 7:15. We stayed one night instead of the four nights we had booked as we could not put up with the noise and reverberation any more. I would think twice before booking here.

The property is in a great location, immediately opposite the beach and flagged area. Yorkeys maybe not as upmarket as Palm Cove, but it is close to Smithfield, a good golf club, and the Fishing Club. The hosts were really great and make you feel at home.. The apartment was clean and fitted with all the amenities required for a great family holiday. Will return..

We found ourselves without a booking the night before flying out. Warren fit us in despite the inconvenience, a true gentleman. Great location too!

Absolutely loved the position. Very quiet area straight across the road from the beach.The apartment had everything we needed and was only a 15 minute drive into cairns.
