Property is dated and undergoing a renovation so the rooms aren’t anything special but the place was meticulously cleaned daily and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely location at quiet end of Esplanade, great facilities and veiw. Staff were friendly and we are made to feel very welcome. Building is dates but under renovations so will be improving. If I could improve one thing, it would be the dining, dinner options did not interest me and buffet breakfast would be great with quality produce and better variety.

Really great staff and beautiful cheap place to stay. I have only stayed there twice though and both times we’ve had to evacuate in the middle of the night as the fire alarms are insanely sensitive (to steam, humidity etc.) The most recent stay, we had to evacuate twice and the fire truck came both times.
