「Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist.」

「Great place! It's a Guest House, but everything private. Self-check in with a code they will email. In my experience the person who gave maintenance told us that Expedia had not sent the information of the guest staying and they new they had a reservation, but didn't have our e-mail to send the code, so just in case after doing your reservation, call the place and let them know you made a reservation through Expedia so they can send you an e-mail with the self-check in information.
