「We have stayed here 20 or 30 times and this is the first time I have had to write an average review. Parking was terrific and safe but we were let down by a shabby and shoddy room and shower. The skirting boards were devoid of paint. The furniture was old and tired apart from the bed which was as comfortable as usual. The shower cubicle needed re sealing and the shower head wouldn’t stay up under its own weight. The room was on the first floor and not a patch on the downstairs rooms adjacent to...

「Terrible hotel. This was the worst place I stayed at in France. The room had a horrible sewage-like smell that seemed to be coming from the ventilation. The towels were old, worn out, and unpleasant to use. When I tried to take a shower, there was only cold water. I went to reception, and after checking, the receptionist told me everything was fine. The water became slightly warm, but still not warm enough for a comfortable shower. The next morning, there was only cold water again. The...

「The hotel is charming and in a lovely setting on the river. It feels like they have recently updated the rooms and bathrooms but the carpets are horrendous. FIrst impressions matter and it is a bad first impression. The restaurant is wonderful, breakfast was great with views of the river. No elevator to...
