「Staff were all incredible and their personalities shone through in the service they provided. This helped to make it a very unique, personal experience that's rare from a hotel. The building and location are beautiful. Food was excellent. Great attention to detail from the customer service through to the rooms and home comforts. I would 100% return and recommend.」

「Nice hotel and the room was nice. Wi-Fi did not work in room but did in main hotel. Was nicely positioned a short walk to beachfront. Only downside was not a lot of choice for evening meal. Mainly fish. My husband does not eat fish or meat on the bone. Therefore we ate out after first night. Could have done with more normal choices. Not partridges or game birds. 」

「Dower House hotel is a wonderful retreat Just a short distance from Lyme Regis, the hotel in general and our room in particular were decorated to a very high standard The hotel was spotlessly clean and breakfast was superb The hotel sits in a lovely garden with a pool and great views across the rolling hillside Neil and Rosemarie were fantastic hosts and we look forward to staying with them again soon」

「Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Belmont. We would ask for a bigger bathroom next time. You could hardly brush your teeth in the sink due to the cabinet above. Bedroom was fine although there was no fridge or mini bar unless you requested one, no bath robes ( a lot of hotels do have these now) Quite upmarket hotel, dining was good with some lovely meals, but don't order the crab salad starter which was a total joke due to how tiny it was. 「Great location perfect for night stop over. Has everything you can possibly need bed was cosy the room was warm. Shame about the snoring below and woken up at 6am by noises from other units.」

「We stayed for one night at the Kings Arms in Otterton. A beautiful village and a beautiful country pub. We met some friend and enjoyed an evening meal and some drinks together. Staff were very helpful, accommodating and polite. My only criticism was the shower, which had a pretty low wster flow rate. I would be hapoy to eat, drink and stay here again.」

「We had a short break to Lyme Regis and stayed at the Rock Point Inn, the room was great, just what we needed. The bed and duvet were so comfortable we almost didn't get up. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything in town. 「The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room and bathroom were very clean . Food served was great and atmosphere friendly. Our only issue was that the hotel is on a busy road and as the building is old it has sash windows with single glazing so road traffic noise was a problem to start with but that is something that cannot be helped. 」
