「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「I had to leave early on Friday the 12th as I discovered mold underneath my air conditioner. I took pictures and have contacted corporate regarding a 1 night refund. It's not just about my experience but it is a major health hazard to have a hotel with toxic mold in the rooms. This hotel should have major renovations before bringing guests in. The front desk and maids were nice but they don't handle the actual condition of the building. The mold made me feel uncomfortable and weird.」
