"The place is ok. Its located in a secluded area, so if you are looking for silence this could work. Its about 10 minutes in car from the town. The beach is nice but we didnt like that it was kind of dirty. We walked about 15 minutes to a beach nearby which is even better, but gets too busy during the day and weekends. We went early.
The staff is great, the air conditioning is great as well. The style is rustic in everyrhing. The bathroom inside the room lacked a door, we had to take turns. There was a bathroom outside by the main building. There is a pool but we didnt use it."
"This was a beautiful property that was unique and different from the usual experience many travelers have when visiting the Dominican Republic and staying in huge resorts. The design of the room and hotel felt like a castle. The view is magnificent and you are embedded in nature all around you. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Huge walk in shower! Excellent Wi-Fi speed where I was able to have a zoom call for 75 min with no issues and watch several movies streaming on the TV in the evening. The staff is super attentive and friendly. Delicious breakfast made fresh. We saw roosters, dogs and cats and fish on the property. The dogs and cats are tame and allow you to pet them. FYI- there isn't a mini fridge in the room. However you can order from the local colmado and they will deliver juice or soda, snacks, etc to you."
"Loved the pool area.. electricity went out for a few hours, but they got on it right away....fixed in no time...
Great location and right in front of a great sea food restaurant called El mundo del marisco...
Go enjoy....."
"Great stay. Away from the city and very secluded with beautiful views and a helpful, cheerful staff. I would highly recommend the chick cordon blu with Russian salad. Ensure you have a 4x4 vehicle. But well worth it. Look forward to coming again."
"The ocean views were spectacular to wake up to every morning. The walks on the beach was a great way to reconnect. Alex was easy going and the staff was friendly."
