「The location is far from the central of Sydney. The rooms are small so the facilities are less in the rooms. However, it is convenient that there is a supermarket near to the hotel/motel which is opened until midnight. And also there is a small BBQ area next to the car park. It is recommended if you are not having too much budget for hotel staying in Sydney.」

「非常差！ 首先：我是幫朋友訂房已付清全額已經打電話詢問過可否出示非本人證件了，此飯店電話是hotel.com的電話客服回覆我說「你已經付清了當然可以」，所以安心下定。 當天check in 卻說要我本人證件正本（不就還好我在附近）我們是從別的城鎮過來如果我沒到就無法入住了。 櫃檯態度也非常差！ 過了一夜大家出去玩半夜要回飯店發現「房卡失效」完全無法開門！已經累的半死所有東西都在房裡卻進不去！此時打飯店電話完全沒人接（根本無人值班）只好睡車上（還好車鑰匙在身上），直到早上八班點半櫃檯有人了，卻只願意補償讓我們晚兩小時check out ! 這種掃興的事在旅途中真是非常糟。」

「The room was comfortable, the bed was very firm though. There was no door on the ensuite and the window glass did not cover the whole window, nor was there a blind to cover it, so sound, the weather and light couldn't be blocked. Overall it was fine for our one night stay. 」

「The hotel staff there were really friendly and welcoming, however, the whole building smells like a stale smoker who is homeless. I had to move to a different venue, as i couldnt put up with the cigarette smell throughout the building. I walked through the gaming room to the restaurant and every 2nd person had a cigarette lit! I thought smoking was banned indoors? They also didnt clean the room, the toilet wasnt very clean, there was no soap in the bodywash, shampoo or conditioner. I would...
