「Lovely hotel, previously stayed when it was Lacanda san Barnaba and the upgrade is really great, whilst still keeping the originsl ceiling frescos and other features. Great new updsted bathrooms. Great communal areas as well as fab breakfast. Only slight niggle was not much hanging space and no drawers but easily manageable. Overall a great stay」

「This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. 」

「very nice experience to stay in here. Rooms are clean, big enough (concerning that you are in Venice). outside have bus station, near by have some nice restaurant. with kids, they can prepare the kids bed too. 」

「The hotel was lovely but be forewarned that what the hotel calls a king/double bed room is a European king size which is 64 inches instead of a US king which is 76 inches wide. Hotel was gracious when we pointed it out but we were expecting a US King. Also, as is probably the case in a lot of Venetian hotels, the room was tiny, smallest room I've ever stayed in over my multiple trips to Italy, with little floor space but the bathroom was a lovely size.」

「Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing.
