「Our stay at Crossing Manzoni was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, the room was stylish, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt both elegant and relaxing.
There is no breakfast service, but instead they provide a complimentary snack and drink corner for guests, with sweets and beverages available throughout the day. We actually found this very convenient and enjoyed being able to help ourselves whenever we wanted.
The staff were also very kind and...

「at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. 」

The 24 reception was not 24-hour staffed, there was no breakfast available onsite and no telephone in the room to contact anyone in case of an emergency. Had these details been made clearer at the time of booking, I may have reconsidered staying here.
The hotel is also tucked away on a residential street, rather than in an obvious hotel setting with no clear signage. This can be a little off-putting on arrival and makes the property...
