Superior service from all the staff. Friendly, effective, efficient, and accurate. The room was fantastic, with a free upgrade, probably because I stayed several days. The hotel location is fantastic, with the most exclusive shops just around the corner, and many more within ten minutes walking.

Perfect location, perfect receptionists, perfect bell boy, perfect restaurant. Although the in room dining i ordered American breakfast for once and I only got a scrambled egg, a milk, and 2 pcs of bakeries. The hash brown, grilled tomato, ham, and yogurt were all missing. Donno what happened.

We stayed in a “newer room” I was not impressed the furniture was dinged and scraped. Alarms from stores went off all night. I love a good room and I wasn’t impressed with this hotel. Four seasons has a level of grand and impressive and this one was not. Breakfast was great though and staff were nice.
