「前台接待員會說日語的服務員Chiemi，態度非常之差。所有資料都不會講清楚，一切都是自己詢問她才會告訴我們。check-in的地方不是我們的房間所在地方，我們的房間要再開車過去5分鐘的地方，那個地方非常難找，附近停車位置7:30之後是給當地居民才能停泊，我們外來車必須要泊入停車場，1晚15歐元停車費，停車場沒有直達樓上房間的電梯，我們要搬行李走樓梯。 前台接待員根本沒有告訴我們應該先將行李放在大門口，再去停車。把行李再從停車場走樓梯拖到地面，再拖上那個住處的電梯口，真的是非常不方便。 建議大家如果住這間酒店，一定要問清楚是那一個樓，如果是check-in那個樓，應該還可以接受，如果是要另外的那幢樓，真的不太建議住這間酒店，非常不方便。 這間酒店一定是ibis中最差的前台接待員。 酒店去各個景點都是非常方便，步行能去附近出名的餐廳和景點，都方便，只是酒店的服務態度有問題，再酒店有二幢不同的大樓，在不同的位置，距離步行約10分鐘，所以不方便。」

「共住3晚，第一個晚上跳電，但櫃臺工作人員只有在上午7點到晚上11點有人 再來都沒人。最後在門口的緊急對講聯絡上客服人員，才緊急找工作人員來處理。 另外洗澡水溫溫度不穩定有點忽冷忽熱，在浴室的heater 也故障。」

「I was in Modena for 5 days on business and had a rental car so I could get back and forth to a work location. Hotel has been recently refurbished and looks brand new. Excellent restaurant. Other hotels are closer to tourist attractions but Modena is not that big. This hotel is superb and delivers great value for money.」

「When we arrived in HOTEL ROMA, they did not have the room that we booked for us and gave us a room different from the photos we booked. the room is not clean and We made bedsheet and change pillow sheets by ourselves, I called to HOTEL.COM to complain and hotel.com said to me that Hotel Roma will refund us room charge. Finally, Hotel Roma did not refund and service is not good. So, I want to say I can pay for the room that I booked, but I can not accept hotel give me the room not clean and not...

「The hotel is far away from the town. The map they offered was wrong! (It is located at, Via Naviglio Alto, NOT Via Naviglio Paganini.) After taking off the bus, you have to walk 15-20 min before reach the hotel. The free bikes are very limitted. I did not get any one during my stay.」

Conveniently located just outside the station, comfortable, clean, with a spacious room and a large bed, and a nice lounge where you can spend the evening sipping on a hot drink bought at the machine for just 50 cents. 「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...
