「Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.」

「Lovely helpful host who came to meet us when we got lost! Walkable from beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely lively area but also quiet once you’re in the apartment. We shared the triple room and it was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely spacious balcony also 」

「Ideal location right in the centre of the city. the parking had changed because of a contract issue with the underground parking site (if i understood the explanation correctly) to a site a short walk away for £3 per day which wasnt a problem. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were excellent and welcoming. It was off season and we were the only guests so breakfast was served chilled which in winter wasnt totally ideal.
