"We literally walked into the mall, where the hotel is located and into the hotel and up into our room. With a 5 year old, 3 year old and 11 year old in tow, this Hotel is super convenient, just a short stroll from the bus terminal adjacent to the mall. Imagine being tired from travel only to walk right into your hotel room. This is why I choose this Hotel which is the epidemy of convenient. Its Clean, staff are friendly, and the over all experience is on par with any hotel. Was pleased with the ceiing mounted show head which gave us a hot shower with that rain experience. Thanks for everything Go!! This Juan is masaya!! "

"Wow. I did not realize I’d find such an elegant yet affordable hotel on Mindanao. Everything was perfect from the staf to the last minute accommodations for an unplanned additional guest to free airport shuttle service, right down to the added touch of our towels being folded into kissing swans. And all of this in a location that is smack in the middle of everything downtown. I have nothing negative to say. Only thanks for a great stay."

"After arriving we were told that due to renovations we had been rebooked to My Stay Hotel beside SM Mall. This ended up being a blessing as we were happy with the convenience of the location for shopping and dining. There was parking out front of the hotel supervised at night by a security guard. The room was very clean and we were very happy with it. The breakfast included made it a wonderful stay for the price. I would recommend."

"First off, there's not really any parking. The area is very busy and very noisy at all hours. There is no elevator. The shower drain was clogged and we had to take our showers very fast. Our 6 year old spilled some chocolate milk on the bed, I was charged 500 pesos for a "cleaning fee" to wash bed sheets they needed to wash anyway. Definitely would not recommend."

"I have severe allergies by the time we checked out in the morning. I came to find out that there cats stay and rooming around upstairs where all the rooms that costumer stayed in. It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days."
