I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The rooms were quite nice and well designed. Walk able distance to a food court which just in front the hotel and nearby got mini marts. There are also few other restaurants. Not forgotten, also have a small coffee outlet at their lobby.

Not value for money. With more than RM200 for a room without window, not worth. Not friendly policy.

Overall was good. Just my room key need to reactivate at reception everyday. Beside, the soundproof was not that good, keep listen people open and close the door…

very clean and kind enough
Thia hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. negative point was there were no lavels of shampoo and shower jell, so it was bit confusing. Even considering that, I would say

Actually all our shampoo and and soap bottles were labeled, its either facing backwards or the writing is very faint/subtle, we will make a necessary improvement from time to time thanks for the feedback.
