I stayed 3 nights, but the hotel was out of electricity many many times during my stay, it was very annoying even the electricity might come back 10-15 mins, and the receptionists were not helpful, and called me "you complaint yesterday right?"

First of all, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience cause on your stayed. Investigation plan for electricity power trip issue is under process since last few days unstable electricity supply. Temporary electricity supply is back to stable stage, however to avoid this issue happened again, please do allowed us take few days time to check and discuss with main contractor for further action. Towels provided were very old & looks very dirty. I don’t feel like using it for drying my body after shower. Highly recommend bringing your own towels. Saw cockroach in our room during the night. Only great locations for dining and drinking.

Great location in Butterworth. 20RM taxi ride to Penang Central. Lots of choice of restaurants available. Everyone very helpful and friendly.

The room I stayed was spacious and in great condition. It is quite far from Pineng island but the hotel itself is in a great and happening location (Aroma city). I would choose this hotel if visiting Butterworth again
