「Bedbugs! Roaches! No refund!!! Stayed sweet nights out of a 12-night reservation. Moved to three different rooms and the bed bugs were in all of them. My body, including my face was covered in bites. In the third room, I walked into the shower the next morning and there were roaches crawling on the walls. 「Initially, likely because we had Expedia points to use for a free room, they put us in an handicap room which was unnecessary for our needs & right next to the noisy pool. But after a short discussion & kind request with helpful staff we were relocated to a suite that was newly renovated & quite lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this hotel without question.」

「Could use more staff in kitchen at breakfast especially when its a weekend and events are going on, one person can not do it all herself she was trying her best to keep up and done a good job. Someone didn't show up for work and it threw things behind. But other than that it was a good stay」

「Room and building smelled like smoke (not just cigarette smoke either), kitchenette faucet would not shut completely off, spider in tub, breakfast was always out before 8:15, and efficiency was supposed to have small couch or 2 chairs ( we has one chair-not enough for both of us to sit. 「The property was exceptionally clean, and the room had a fresh, pleasant scent. The environment was good and conducive to rest, with minimal noise throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the convenient location—directly across from Walmart—added to the overall positive experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again on future visits to Ohio.」
