「Easy access, close to Xavier University」

「I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. 」

「Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.」

「If I could rate this place in the negatives I would. From a tiny bed to bugs crawling everywhere, it was awful. The pictures are not accurate. Walls super thin, constant noise from the apartment up top. Construction early in the morning and dogs constantly barking over top of us. The apartment is extremely small, wayy to small for more than one guest. It was all bad. 」

「The house was very well marked and easy to find as well as get into. Communication with the owner was immediate as well. Enjoyed our stay」
