「We arrived Hervey Bay at its transit centre. It was convenient to just catch a bus and arrive just outside the motel in 15 minutes. We stayed in a suite with jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and nice. Though you can tell the property isn't very new, it was maintained in good condition and spotlessly clean. The bed linen was crispy clean and the bed was comfortable. 「We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Bathrooms were freshly grouted and toilets spotless clean. For the price and proposition, I wouldnt hesitate staying again or recommending. The fact that onsite staff are always there added that extra safety and friendliness for me.」
