"The hotel is conveniently located near the casino. However, the check-in experience was subpar. We booked a suite, but were given a studio room. Upon entering, we discovered there was no desk and sofa, unlike the description on the booking. We went to the lobby to change rooms, but were given another one. When we got to the room, our key card wouldn't open the door. We ended up changing rooms three times before finally completing the check-in process, which took 40 minutes. The next day, we waited almost half an hour for the plane to take us to the lobby to check out. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and hope the hotel can make improvements."

"The room were ok. They were clean and nice. But the noise in the hotel was so loud we didn't skeep. We stay only one night and left. We could not get our money back for the second night we didn't stay."

"I stayed here with my sister from March 1–3. The room was clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. However, the door lock was an issue. We had to swipe the key card multiple times just to unlock the door, and in the worst cases we had to go down to the lobby to ask for help."

"The staff is very rude we asked for plates and they said they do not have plates in the hotel after charging 200 a night. They send plastic fork spoons and glasses."
