"Upon checking in with the rest of my party, we were informed that two people did not have a room as theirs was not available even though they had confirmation emails in hand. Evidently the room set aside for them was needing repairs and there were no other rooms available. There was no offer to find them other accommodations, that was left up to them. On my reservation I requested to have a walk-in shower as I had a medical condition that prevented me from getting in and out of a tub easily. I was given a walk-in shower but I thought it would be a ADA bathroom with grab bars also. There were no grab bars and the commode was not ADA either. Bed mattress is very hard which was not good for my back, although the pillows made up for it. I won't be staying at this property again. I will say Clay at the front desk was very helpful when we as out of towners were trying to navigate where certain tourist spots were located."

"The property was in a convenient location, was well-appointed and clean and had very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Unfortunately I didn’t feel safe no security or proper security cameras. Worse part is anyone can walk into the restaurant and or each floor making uncomfortable to sleep. I don’t think hotels should operate like this without appropriate cameras and or security"

"Valet parking only for $70. No bedding for the sofa bed, had request it several times. "

"We stayed here for 4 days. What an experience!! This hotel was spotless, beautiful, and amazingly located directly in the heart of Fort Worth. It’s only an 8 min drive to the stockyards. My wife used the gym and thought it was well stocked and again spotless. We used the outside bar in the 2nd floor. Great views and amazing furniture. Their outside furniture was clean and spot free. Which is something you dummy see very often, even at other high class hotels. The entire staff was like the fil a of hotels. Meaning a, always smiling, and hard working. If we ever get back to Fort Worth, we will definitely stay here again."
