「Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again.」

「We began our stay with Soma Hotel quite nicely. On the first evening though our AC U it quit working so the temps got quite warm throughout the night. I called and a staff member switched us to another unit of which we are so thankful. The second evening some guests from the adjoining unit got into a disagreement and proceeded to yell and slam doors. They evidently broke the gate which became I useable for the rest of the week. 「Check-in was way too casual. Not very helpful. Also gave us an idea for dinner but a terrible restaurant. Only redeeming qualities is location and rooms. Everything else was just hoe hum」

「The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.」

「Room had spiders and centipedes sheets were never changed. Stayed for a week no towels run out of toilet paper and said $10 a night for a vehicle they charge me 717 Expedia ad said 10 staff not very helpful at resolving any problems stay clear.」
