「Had a wonderful stay at the Trail Inn! Looks like everything has been recently remodeled with the new ownership and looks very nice! The front desk staff was super helpful, especially when I realized I forgot my toothbrush. 「We arrived a little after 1:00 AM to check in after driving from Grand Island, NE. Nowhere on the website did it state that the doors close at 1:00 AM. There was an after-hours phone number listed, but when we called, it rang to the front desk where no one answered. Luckily, we were able to find another place to stay. It ended up being the worst hotel experience my family and I have ever had, and in a way, we’re thankful we didn’t have to stay the night.」
