「Excellent everything」

「This was actually not a fancy hotel--it was pretty bare bones. BUT--the staff was WONDERFUL. The room was very clean. And we slept like babies. The bed was very comfortable! We will definitely stay here again.」

「Do not stay here if you book through an outside agency like Expedia. You are not appreciated. We booked two rooms. One was dirty, smelled odd. We asked/received a replacement room. They were cleaning an ac unit in the parking lot by the entry. Elevator creeks and grumbles. Breakfast was good. Day staff was curt, unfriendly.」

「The rooms were very large. We did have to ask for bedding for the pull out sofa. The breakfast we very good but on the second day they ran out of food about 30 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and did not replenish.」

「The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, plus the breads, cereals & juices). The staff sucked though. The evening receptionist that checked us in made it obvious she didn't want to answer any questions when I called before booking and then when we arrived and I asked if our 2 rooms could be on the same floor since we were traveling with kids her response was "you'll get what's available" in an unfriendly voice.
