「A truly lovely stay at a homely pub that was superb value for money, the staff were very helpful & friendly, will definitely visit again when in the area .」

「Great little stay, great amenities」

「Really clean room. Boutique decor.」

「Nice hotel very good staff room was spacious and comfortable breakfast was good bit noisy from Road in the morning but that can’t be helped otherwise a very good stay would recommend .」

「All rooms on 2nd floor up 37 steps. No evening bar or restaurant. Asked for a non slip shower mat, Didn't get one. No staff after 3.00pm. More like a boarding house than a hotel.」

「Noise from up stairs all night and the bathroom had a leak」

「Very helpful staff and so friendly. Found us a room with aircon -much appreciated during the heatwave. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast was reasonably priced and great.」

「Spacious room , very clean , pleasant helpful front of house , quiet great nights sleep , 5-10 min walk to airport depending on how quick or slow you walk , plenty of car parking ( daily charge for parking) it's not a thousand pound a night hotel or a five pound a night b&b but a fair priced mid market value for money hotel」

「Breakfast good Room basic but clean Parking good」

「Staff are very helpful and nice. The breakfast was great too.」

「Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well positioned. Excellent breakfast.」

「Lovely stay whilst house hunting in the area. Clean, warm, well facilitated property with a bath, big tv and fully kitted out kitchen. Comfy big bed and lots of space. Owners were great and the surroundings are beautiful, I highly recomend.」

「We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!」

「Listed as having ev charging but chargers were not working as the hotel was being powered by a generator according to the night Porter. Was unable to charge when we arrived and had to find alternative fast charging the next morning. Room was a bit dated but comfortable with very large bed」

「Good food good service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely stay☺️」
