The staff was very courteous and helpful. I stayed in a corner 2 bdrm unti. It was so spacious! The kitchen was stocked with allthe basic needs. Rooms were quiet, bed werecomfy. The furniture was a bit worn. The city skyline and lake views from our corner unit with floor to ceiling windows was incredible. ...

Overall excellent property to stay at. Centrally located. Near all the big supermarkets such as whole foods and trader joes. Whole foods includes amazon pick up and drop off. Michigan Avenue is within a few blocks walking distance and the restaurant scene is easy to get lost in as it's right by all ...

I grew up in the area. Apparently not much has changed.
We had the worst time trying to get out of the parking lot at SeatGeek stadium after a concert.
Never ever stay here again ... And the run around to talk to Best Western corp office what a joke so sad will never stay at any of there properties again in my life and will let my friends and family all know what transpired .
