「The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around 9 PM, and the office closes at 6 PM. Luckily, we had a SIM card to contact the staff. Someone came to give us the correct key after 15 minutes, but it would be tough for travelers without a Swiss...

「The apartment was great. Plenty of room. The cafe downstairs is good and the staff there were helpful. Access was easy and the ability to use the laundry came in really handy for us after a month of travel. Would definitely stay here again」

「O flat é excelente e proporciona todo o conforto para quem quiser descansar após um longo dia de passeios, cozinhar se preferir preparar uma refeição e ter uma boa noite de sono. O flat é bem equipado, até com máquina de lavar roupas, mas faltou o sabão. :) O banheiro bem limpo, amplo, com toalhas de ótima qualidade. Não houve limpeza durante os 05 dias que estivemos lá. 「The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. This time, the hotel gave me a room with broken shower pipe, water spill all over the place like you are playing a water gun in swimming pool.
