"Our stay at Seda Lio was fantastic. The staff were consistently friendly and courteous, contributing to a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was quite enjoyable. The beach and other amenities were excellent and well maintained. The only minor issue we encountered was slower service at the restaurant. On one occasion, we waited over 30 minutes for halo-halo and were not informed of the extended wait time until we were about to leave. Aside from this, our overall experience was very positive. Despite the pool being under renovation during our stay, we would definitely return. Special thanks to Karla (receptionist from breakfast buffet) and the front desk staff member whose name begins with “F” (I think Floren), who was exceptionally helpful and truly went above and beyond to assist us."

"I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying breakfast included hut they really accept paluto because noone will like tye food they serve for breakfast. With a very expensive rate this resort is beyond what you would expect I am a Travel and Tours company and the guest who stayed are my clients. I was bombarded with complaints and this is unacceptable. Be careful with this kind of resort. "

"Bedrooom is clean 3 star. Bathroom had stains and mildews 2 star. Bed is comfortable. Good price. Great sea view and location. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Lagun, the staff were so polite and helpful and always on hand if we had a request. In my opinion the level of service goes above and beyond what you might expect and it made our stay extra special. The room was clean the restaurant was likewise very clean and the food was delicious.Thank you so much for having us and making our engagement week extra special! As a minor foot note I think the water they serve in the restaurant is tap water which they tell you not to drink, they informed us that it was filtered and safe to drink but it gave me stomach aches and diarrhoea so just stick to bottled water to be safe."

"Excellent resort. Beautiful surroundings and views, spotless and comfortable rooms, wonderful accommodating staff. Food was good in the restaurant and the servers are great! LOVED this place - pool was awesome. Great place to rest and relax. The location is great too, if you want to be a bit out of the main hub of town but close enough to walk there for shopping and eating. "

"Had an incredible stay with my family at Bahala Na. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The staff were so friendly and helpful with planning our stay and daily activities. Villa was really comfortable and we loved the convenience of the in-room menu which had so many yummy options for kids as well. Great location, with only 5mins drive to Lio Beach and many restaurants, shops and activities. Will definitely be back!"

"The property is at the middle of nowhere. It is a really nice place but the roads going there from the airport is terrible. It is very rough road, nothing to do , it is at the middle of farm land. At night , no security, no on call staff to assist for emergencies. We had a leak in the bathroom closer to 10 pm - no one showed up to help us fix the problem."
