「We loved staying at Forest Camp! It was rugged and authentic with cute rooms and amazing views. There are some serious stairs but don't let that discourage you. The views are worth it. And what really makes it is Di and Rio. These two are such a valuable addition to the property and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. 「This hotel was horrible. It was insects and spiders Think lizards and Mosquitoes in the room. I tried to kill some of it. The bed was uncomfortable. The fan was not working. The AC wasn’t working properly. It was so much humidity. The advertised us as a hotel and Expedia and Hotels.com but reality is a hostel. 「When coming to a place as remote as El Nido, I had low expectations for hotels that were in the budget friendly category. The Amos Pili Tree Inn exceeded those expectations. The room was a reasonable size, there was a private bathroom with hot water. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the night market and the main shopping / restaurants in El Nido town.
