「The facility is rather run down. There were three dead cockroaches and one live one( huge) in the room. The comforters and mattresses were stained and dirty, but at least there were no bedbugs. The lights did not work and it was very hot( air conditioning not keeping up). The pool was up and running and looked ok, but we did not use it.」

「We stayed one night for a family weekend trip. It was a very convenient location. Close to the highway and Cosmosphere museum. The staff were polite. The check-in waiting was long and the front desk staff told us it was due to a new Marriott online system change. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent with the both hot (protein) and cold options. The 24/7 coffee is a plus. The two main issues we had were the AC and the bed. We didn’t quite know if the AC was controlled by the...

「2 ice machines, neither worked and looked as hadn't worked in years. The TV was unwatchable. Signal was like barely pulling and in and out. The indoor pool they advertised was closed "during covid" as was the attached restaurant. The bed was Terrible. They did have a outdoor pool that was filled with kids and noisy.」

「Be aware that it's nothing like the photos. No coffee pot like advertised. Also host was not very pleasant. Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around. Water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Tv didn't work. Very bad experience will never stay there again.」
