Room and bath, supposedly being accessible, were located on the 2nd floor with a stair care, with no functioning elevator, causing difficulties, to access reception and dining hall on 1st floor. Staff did deliver breakfast to the room for the handicap person. Bath did not have any safety bars and the walk in shower floor was extremely slippery, so we must lay towels on the floor to be safe. 「Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...
