"Everything was good but the remote in the room did not work so we couldn’t watch tv, would have been nice to unwind after our long drive, I didn’t call it in because it wasn’t worth the hassle. But would be nice to get it fixed "

"First, the check-in process is inadequate. Managing a physical hospitality property solely through an overseas kiosk is a major failure in service. They are taking jobs from Americans. Second, the hygiene and maintenance of the property are poor. The facility is visibly grimy and poorly maintained. An extended stay model should not imply a lower standard of cleanliness, and the current environment feels unsanitary. Finally, there is a total lack of essential amenities. Basic hygiene products, including shampoo and conditioner, are completely absent. Given the minimalist approach to your staffing, these essentials should at the very least be stocked in the rooms. As a paying guest, I expect a baseline of cleanliness and local support. I am requesting an immediate response regarding how you intend to rectify these issues or provide a partial refund for the lack of advertised services."
