「Poor communication with guest」

「Exceptional stay! The staff made us feel like family, the room was big and quiet, and the comfortable bed ensured a truly restful night.」

「The room temperature was a bit warm through out the night despite the AC has been turned on to high speed.」

「Good experience compared with Hyatt Place Zurich Airport」

「Clean room and good staff」

「Reasonably priced, with welcome drink 👍」

「The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this.

「The staffs are super friendly. I do like their gym, super new and clean. But I have to say the room hygiene was terrible. there was used toilet paper left in the toilet; the towel was moldy. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t use any of them.」

「Parking =CHF20…..very expensive 」

「What a terrible location this hotel is in. The entrance of the hotel faces on to a warehouse area. Awful!! The rooms were unbearably hot with no aircon available. The staff were kind and helpful and delivered a fan to our room but this did not help. The shower area has absolutely no privacy and looks directly onto the bed area. The TV was not working either.」
