"No one came to clean our room or leave fresh towels "

"The staff was very nice and helpful. However, the property looks like it has seen better days. There were tiles that were not raised (not safe), paint job wasn’t great, our sheets seemed to barely fit the mattress and kept popping off on the corners while I slept, and the bathroom plumbing randomly made loud noises. "

Additionally, the breakfast was fresh, and the staff members managing it were both friendly and professional. However, I would like to bring a few issues regarding the room to your attention. The accommodations felt a bit dated, and the toilet was uncomfortably low. Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower was quite poor. I hope this feedback is helpful for your future improvements.
