"I would stay here again for sure. The staff were amazing. Monique was my server the entire time I was there. I love that breakfast was apart of your stay however lunch and dinner were also available. The food was great and those jerk spring rolls were amazing!! I loved that it was very conveniently located as well. A elevator to the rooftop pool would def be a great addition. Considering Jamaica just had one of the worst hurricanes of all times they are on the up and up!!! I love Jamaica and can’t wait to go back!!!"

"I wanted to write a fair and honest review of Deja All Inclusive Resort. I understand that Montego Bay is still recovering from the hurricane last year, so I do want to give grace. At the same time, I think it is important for future guests to have realistic expectations. Overall, many of the staff members were friendly, warm, and welcoming. The Waterfalls Restaurant was a highlight of our stay. The food was great, and the staff there were always kind and attentive. However, there were a few disappointing interactions. The young lady who handled tour information was not friendly during any of our encounters and often acted as though we were disturbing her. I tried to give grace, but it was consistent. The checkout experience was also disappointing. The young lady who checked us out did not ask if we needed transportation, so we asked the gentleman at the transportation booth. This seemed to upset her, and she went back and forth with the driver in a way that felt rude and unprofessional. As far as the resort itself, I would not describe Deja as luxury. If you want close beach access, included food and drinks, and overall friendly staff, it may be worth considering. The common areas seemed better maintained than the rooms. I requested a room change due to the bathroom conditions but the second room was not much better. I also felt the website photos may be outdated. I do appreciate the positives, but Deja did not meet my expectations."

From the moment I arrived and was greeted with a glass of champagne, I felt welcomed into a world of top-tier luxury. Being told not to worry about my luggage because guest services would take care of everything set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway—my only responsibility was to unwind and enjoy the incredible hospitality. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. In fact, every staff member I encountered was amazing, always ready to assist with a smile and making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Thanks to everyone at Excellence Oyster Bay, my experience in Falmouth, Jamaica was nothing short of extraordinary.
